If only the pushbuttons blink on the device than you have the multi panel crash on boot problem. Not much you can do about. I have recently bought the bovevpnel but can t get it working in fsx. I even tried running the sim and then opening spad opening the test software and running the sim etc but nothing works.

I thought the panel was fully compatible with fsx i have it working in x plane thanks to a plugin.
